And as your children grow from infant to adult, your emotional experience will evolve, with each challenge of the growing stages of your family's development.

I have expertise in providing therapy to Moms in all stages of their lives, manage the stress and anxiety that comes with their role.  Together, we will find ways to balance work or your outside responsibilities, your relationships and your own mental health and wellness. We will review whatever comes up, in a safe, supportive, authentic environment so that you can find relief and experience joy in life again!
